I have a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and are a registered business with South Ayrshire Council Environmental Health, who have inspected and passed my kitchen. Allergen info on request and labelled on cake box.
About me
"I was born into a family full of artistic talent and culinary expertise. Growing up in the picturesque countryside of Dumfries and Galloway, which is rich in local produce, further influenced a keen interest in cooking and baking. I enjoyed studying both Art and Home Economics at school, and I've enjoyed honing my talents throughout my time at school, college & at home."
A local hotel was Kate's first brush with professional catering & hospitality, and she later moved on to Supervisor roles in Ayrshire with the Wallaces Group and London & Edinburgh Inns before joining the Beanscene group as Assistant Manager, acquiring new skills & catering qualifications along the way.
Kate has a passion for contemporary cake designs, championing small businesses and supporting fellow local independents.
